The Wing's the Thing

Hello, and welcome to another Mod Squad Challenge!! Judy Woodland here, and I think we should do something with wings this week. It can be anything with wings, just make sure you include a winged creature on your card.

We have Sparkle N Sprinkle as our sponsor this week.  Be sure to check them out - they have FREE SHIPPING! The stamps are made in Florida and they make their fabulous glitter too!

Up to $15 for a digital image or set of your choice

Here is my sample card:

This gorgeous image is a digi stamp called Bahama Woodstar, and the artwork is by Rosiland Solomon. I colored it with Copics and popped the red frame over it with pop dots.  The red card stock is embossed with a Darice Cherry Blossom embossing folder, and then I added some pearls in the centers of each of the blossoms.

Here are the Ingredients:
GKD White and Cranberry Tart Card Stock
Spellbinders Circle Die
Paper Wishes 10 Tiny Things Butterfly Die

  1. Love your winged things! I have a yard full of Hummingbirds....oaky at least 2 lol Beautiful colors, your coloring is spot on! And I adore your butterfly and flourish accents! FUN Challenge....I'll try to play along this week....it's tough finding the time to craft! :(

  2. I agree with Donna. The very first thing I noticed was the coloring on your hummingbird. I find them so hard to color and yours looks exactly like the ones that come to our feeder. I like the background embossing folder too. The entire card is a winner! I hope I find time to play along this week.

  3. Thanks for the challenge and lovely inspiration!

  4. totally forgot to link mine up :/
