Hello, all you card makers!  Barbara Campbell and Donna Phelan will be your hosts this week for the challenge at The Mod Squad.   We had fun with a challenge a while back, and wanted to bring it to you.  It was Called a Peek A Boo card

For this challenge, we will need to see something peeking out from under the top layer.
When you see our examples, you will know what I am talking about.

DONNA'S PROJECT

I used the beautiful Painted Poppy stamp and die set from AlteNew.  One of my most favorites!  I die cut the poppy out of a layer of rustic white card stock.  I then stamped the image on another piece which I layered below the die cut panel, this is a 3 step stamp.  Adhering Fun Foam to the die cut panel I then glued it down, lining the cut up with my colored image.  This adds quite a bit of dimension and gives the card a nice solid feel for mailing.

Splattered craft paints in 2 shades of pink all over the front panel using my handy dandy toothbrush.  I love this look, it is easy and quite fun to do!  Sentiment stamped in Black Licorice ink.  A Black and White Gingham Ribbon Tab to add some interest.  Crystal Drops in Ebony and 'randomly' (wink, wink) placed Iridescent Sequins.
